22 Nov 2024 - 22 Feb 2026

The KreativEU Alliance secures €60,000 Grant under the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDM) programme, funded by the European Union. It supports the design of high-level and integrated study programmes, at master level. With this new grant the KreativEU Alliance will implement the design measures for the creation of a new Joint Master Programme entitled “Heritage – multidisciplinary approach for better preservation.”

The application, submitted in February 2024 and coordinated by the Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania), was ranked among the top in the competition, achieving a score of 92 out of 100 points.

The “Heritage – multidisciplinary approach for better preservation” programme will leverage the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary strengths of the KreativEU alliance to create a globally competitive educational initiative. It aims to address contemporary heritage preservation challenges through innovative methodologies while fostering cultural diversity, environmental conservation, and digital heritage technologies.

During the next 15 months the consortium will design and accredit the curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and quality assurance protocols.
