On the 21st to 23rd of May 2023, the KreativEU consortium met in Târgoviște, at the Valahia University of Târgoviște, Romania. All partners, the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University (Turkey), the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar (Portugal), the Trnava University (Slovakia), the  University of Camerino (Italy), the University of South Bohemia in ČeskéBudějovice (Czechia); the Valahia University of Targovist (Romania), were present.

During the meeting, the challenges for conference partnerships, the creation of Microsoft Teams for the Focus Group with a form for partners to present their themes or project proposals, and the VUT project on the politics of memory in periods of transition to democracy in Southern and Eastern Europe for application to Horizon Europe, were discussed and agreed.
