On the 21st to 23rd of March, 2023, the KreativEU consortium met in Svishtov, at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Bulgaria. All partners, the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University (Turkey), the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar (Portugal), the Trnava University (Slovakia), the  University of Camerino (Italy), the University of South Bohemia in ČeskéBudějovice (Czechia); the Valahia University of Targovist (Romania), were present.

During the meeting in Bulgaria, the consortium's Capacity Building and UNITWIN projects were discussed. The meeting established the key points for each of the following meetings, namely about the Heads of Research Centres, the Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP), the KreativEU advisors, the Horizon Europe Projects, the KreativEU Local Governors, the Action Plan 2024 and the Transnational Incubators.
